Online Privacy and Jersey Shore Citrus We know that Internet users care about the privacy and security of websites they visit and the protection of their personal information that they may provide when making online purchases. Information we collect on our website If you place an order we will ask you for private personal information including your name, address, phone number, email address, credit card information, and for some customers their affinity program number. If you signup for our newsletter we only ask for your email address. We only keep information related to your order for the period of time required by the taxing authorities to support our tax returns. If you send us an email we will only use it to reply to your inquiry and not retain it. We do not sell the email addresses we collect or provide it to any other parties.
Information we do not collect We do not collect information about your visit to our site or the pages you visit on an individual or aggregate basis, unless you sign-up for our newsletter, make a purchase, or email us.
Cookies We may place "Cookies" on your computer. These are file that we may use to identify you as a repeat customer to customize your experience on our website. If you don’t want to place an order on our site because it use cookies then you can still place an order with us by phone, email, or fax.
How We Use Your Private Information We only use the private information you provide to us to fill your order, send you our newsletter, if you choose to receive it, or respond to your email inquiry. The personal information we collect from you is not sold or provided to any other entities except to the citrus packing houses we may use to pack your fruit and the shipping companies used to send you your fruit. If required by law enforcement authorities we will only turn your personal information over to them if served with a legally enforceable written court order and advised to do so by our attorney.

Security If you choose to place an order on our website the order information will be transmitted to us with 128-bit encryption and processed on our secure web server, which use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to protect the information stored on it from unauthorized access and privacy. Use of your personal information is restricted to only our employees and service providers that need to process, pack, and ship your order.
